1. Platform Overview & Definitions
So Hotel operates a dedicated B2B marketplace facilitating wholesale procurement transactions between hospitality businesses (Buyers) and verified manufacturers (Sellers).
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
Use of the platform is intended for verified corporate entities and commercial buyers. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of corporate information and safeguarding user credentials.
3. RFQs, Quotations & Binding Orders
Custom quotations issued by sellers via the RFQ tool are binding during their stated validity period. Once accepted by the buyer, the quote converts into a binding commercial purchase commitment.
4. Pricing, Volume Tiers & Payment
Wholesale unit pricing applies based on confirmed order quantities. Payments may be settled via direct corporate settlement, verified bank transfers, or pre-approved trade credit terms.
5. Delivery, Inspection & Quality Compliance
Manufacturers are obligated to deliver goods matching agreed technical specifications and hospitality industry standards. Buyers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report discrepancies within the designated review window.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
All brand trademarks, catalog assets, photography, and technical specifications remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without express consent.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
In the event of commercial disputes regarding order fulfillment or specifications, So Hotel provides mediation support based on documented order terms and proforma agreements.
